Tile, Stone Grout Cleaning and Sealing Process

Our tile and grout cleaning procedures are comprised of concrete steps:

Step 1  - Decrease, clean, and eliminate any old sealer with a cleaning solution. We give time to the solution to remove the old sealer.

Step 2 - Mechanically scrub grout and tile to loosen buildup of grease, soil, and old sealer.

Step 3 - Rinse and eliminate excess water and loosened waste products with high-pressure hot water. We will also use a strong wet-vacuum for the process.

Step 4 - We will repeat the first three steps (clean, scrub, extract/rinse) for deep cleaning, rinsing, and waste elimination.

Step 5 - Spot clean (if necessary) and speed dry; we will examine the cleaned surfaces to ensure that grout and tile are clean and no longer have stains.

Step 6 - We will protect tile and grout, waterproofing and stain proofing them by applying a pigmented grout-sealer. The sealer will also improve the aesthetics of your tile and grout.
